Though
the special and attractive features of present-day Larnaca are quite
apparent,
in 1987 only someone with the vision of George Hassapis could
foresee that this picturesque coastal town and its unspoiled
surroundings would one day develop into one of the most appealing
districts on the island of Cyprus.
Today,
twenty years after the establishment of the company, this vision is
being validated day by day, as Larnaca and in particular its suburbs
prove their worth: a location which is accessible, attractive and
affordable.
Also in the pipeline are final proposals to upgrade the marina, with actual work scheduled to begin very soon.
The golf resort
project, which will commence in 2009, in combination with plans to
relocate the area’s oil warehouses in the year 2010, will contribute
significantly to the district’s image as an upscale destination.
Last but certainly not least, Larnaca’s palm-fringed signature promenade,
‘Phinikoudes’ is one of the island’s most popular features, and the
ultimate expression of the leisurely resort atmosphere that prevails
throughout the district.
Anyone examining the property market in Cyprus will soon recognize that
the prices in and around Larnaca are currently more tempting than in
other resorts. However, pricing is expected to be aligned slowly but
surely, making property acquisition in Larnaca today a secure and promising investment.
