Whether our plan is to build stylish apartments or luxury villas, we adhere to a rigorous step-by-step process, which demonstrates sound business practices combined with serious efforts to respond to market demands.

1. Choosing the location
Choosing the right plots of land is the first critical step towards successful land development. Proximity to the beach, altitude, unobstructed view, road access, soil quality, and easy access to amenities are crucial factors.

2. Financial and technical studies
Once an area is deemed suitable, in-depth feasibility studies are conducted, and if positive, preliminary drawings are prepared.

3. Market feedback
Before proceeding any further, we always invite our long-standing agents to visit the prospective site and assess it from a buyer’s perspective. As the front liners in most cases, our agents offer valuable advice and guidance, in terms of buyer preferences, acceptable pricing, architectural modifications and current market trends. In some cases, a particular complex may be tailored as a whole to a specific market segment as recommended by our agents.

4. Land acquisition
Given a positive reaction, we then go ahead with the acquisition of the chosen plots.

5. Design and construction
In liaison with external professionals, our in-house architects and engineers will prepare the detailed drawings and specs for every property. In each case, great care is taken to design and develop a complex that blends in with its natural environment, incorporates elements of the island’s traditional architecture, and allows its residents to make the most of the site’s location in terms of view, altitude, natural sunlight and winds.

6. Quality control
At G Hassapis, quality control is not a step in the process of land development, but the overall umbrella of the company’s activities. Based on an official audit by the TÜV CERT Certification Body for quality management systems, G Hassapis was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 / EN ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001 certificates, both for the Development and Construction of Properties, and Real Estate and Property Management Services.

7. Show homes
In each project, the first completed unit is fully fitted and furnished as soon as possible, in order to serve as a show home for prospective buyers, making it easier for them to decide which one is ideal for their individual lifestyle and purposes.
