George
Hassapis, a graduate of Athens University School of Economics, is the
founder of the Group, which was first established 20 years ago as a
modest residential development company. His vision, entrepreneurial
skills and conscientious management of every aspect of the business
have taken the Group to the premier position as one of Cyprus leading
developers. His day-to-day operational control of every aspect of the
business, in close cooperation with his hand-picked management team, is
an example of business acumen combined with foresight.

Floros
Voniatis Graduated in 1991 from New York City University with an
Economics & Business Studies B A (Hons). He launched himself into
the field of banking & finance of which he completed 10yrs of
service with Laiki Popular Bank.
He then took on the demanding role
as Managing Director of Medgolf Properties & Investments Ltd
leading, creating and implementing procedures for the development of a
high quality International Standard Golf Course along with real estate
and 6 star Resort landmark in the area of Tersefanou, Larnaca.
Most recently Floros has joined the Hassapis group as a partner and has
been appointed as Managing Director, recommending his policies and
strategies to lead our Company to further levels of success.
