1987 George Hassapis establishes the group, with the objective of providing residential properties within the district of Larnaca. In the course of a decade, G Hassapis establishes itself in the local market. The Group’s successful performance and quality developments eventually attract the attention of overseas buyers, agents and investors. |
| 2002 Due to the expansion of the
business, the Group is restructured to incorporate four specialized
departments manned by seasoned professionals in the areas of Design
& Construction, Sales & Marketing, Finance &
Administration, and After Sales Service. The company earns Channel 4’s ‘Best property of the year’ award. |
| 2003 1000 acres of virgin land outside Larnaca are acquired and earmarked for the development of an exclusive 5-star golf resort. |
| 2004 G Hassapis once again earns
Channel 4’s ‘Best property of the year’ award, as well as ISO 9001:2000
/ EN ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001 certification, both for the
Development and Construction of Properties, and Real Estate and Property Management Services |
| 2005 G Hassapis registers the completion and delivery of over 500 residential units, such as Palm Imperial Apts and Pyla Panoramic Villas. |
| 2006 The final details of the master plan of the proposed Golf Course Resort with 500 Residential units at Tersefanou village are deposited to Town Planning Authorities for approval. In addition, some 800 housing units in the best surrounding areas of the Golf are in progress, with other 1000 in the planning stage, scheduled to be completed and delivered by 2010. |

| 2008 June - Relocated to our own headquarters. In the process of opening three new offices in Russia and one in Ukraine. Strategic alliance with Lefkaritis Group for the development of 2 exceptional seafront projects worth more than €200 million. Delivery of two stunning residential resorts of more than 320 units, among other projects delivered. |
| 2009 Work is scheduled to commence on one of the major projects on the island, a golf resort based on international standards. |
